TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION
Refunds will not be provided if cancellation is not received 2 week prior to the event. Cancellations must be done in writing to the Conference Manager by email.
If you need to cancel or change your hotel reservation, please inform the hotel direct, as participants will be invoiced for non-occupancy of reserved rooms.
The conference organising committee cannot accept any responsibility. The Organising Committee will not accept any responsibility for personal accidents or damage to private property of the participants. Participants are advised to take out insurance, as they consider necessary.
The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the symposium be hindered or prevented by unforeseen political or economical events or by force majeure, or should non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate program changes.
The conference team and organisers are not liable for losses caused by transport delays or health of the registered participants.
Registration costs will not be refunded in the event of participants not being able to attend. It is the responsibility of the registrant to organise travel insurance for them and travelling without insurance is at their own risk.
Please consult your local Consulate concerning passport or visa requirements well ahead of time.
The personal information shown during your registration will be stored on a Database and may be incorporated into a Delegate list for the benefit of all delegates and Sponsors. Your information may also be used to provide you with information of future conferences and events with his/her registration the participant accepts these terms.
Please note: Discounted registration can only be purchased for one author/presenter per paper. All other co-authors will need to pay the full conference registration fee to attend.
